Brandon Hulette
Brandon ins a native Tennessean who both heads the grants program for the Vanderbilt Heard Libraries system, and teaches numerous courses on Military History, Public Health History, and applied epidemiology. He hosts the popular public health history podcast “Filth in America” and leads a research team that uses modern technologies to explore battlefields of the civil war. He has also has a 23+ year Army Career as an Environmental Health and Preventive Medicine officer both active and reserve, is currently a board member for the Battle of Nashville Trust and is the President of the Uniformed Services Environmental Health Association.
